Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Faulty or Damaged Equipment: If the printer or equipment you received is non-functional, damaged, or incomplete upon delivery.
- Service Issues: If we fail to deliver the equipment on the agreed date or location due to an error on our part.
- Early Cancellation: If you cancel your rental prior to shipment, a full or partial refund may apply (see cancellation policy below).
Refunds are
not available for:
- Normal wear and tear during use.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Late cancellations (see cancellation policy).
Refund Process
- Report the Issue: Notify us immediately if you encounter any problems.
- Return the Equipment: If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions for shipping the equipment back to us. Ensure all original components are included.
- Inspection: Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to determine the issue.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: Full refunds are available if cancellations are made 24 hours before the scheduled shipment date.
- After Shipment: If the equipment has already shipped, cancellation is no longer eligible for a refund.
